In this case jonny cash was accused of copying and reproducing a song both of the song were kind differnt but when side to side most of the lines sounded the same they both just about had the same lyrics.After 15 years of dispute the case was settled outside of court Jenkins sued jonny cash for defaming his song.The out of court settlement approached the thousand dollar mark.
